Mrs. BERNICE JACKSON was a WONDERFUL mother, provider, supporter, care giver, nurturer and savior to her family, friends, community and all of those who encountered her. She had such a profound effect on so many lives that it was imperative that we preserve the legacy that she left behind. Our goals include raising money to facilitate various events such as Health Fairs/Seminars, free screenings for various diseases/illnesses, educational outings to hospitals as well other charitable events.
An Angel who was sent here from The Almighty, Mrs. Jackson "MOMMA" as she was called by everyone, returned to GOD'S PARADISE after succumbing to breast cancer in February of 2006. But not before planting the seeds of love and hope in everyone who ever made her aquaintance.
It is in the spirit of "MOMMA" that this foundation was created. She taught us the importance of proper healthcare as well as the importance of taking preventative measures to keep ourselves healthy.
As she is and will always be sorely missed, it is with great pride, honor and respect that we live on through her foundation. Through our tireless research and efforts WE WILL do our part to help save more lives and better educate our society on disease and illness. We will make a difference, we will not rest until we defeat these terrible diseases/illnesses that have plagued our families, friends and loved ones for far too long.
Let's all join together and fight the ultimate fight. We must find a way to beat Cancer(in all forms), Heart & Liver Disease, HIV/AIDS, Diabetes, Hyper Tension, High Blood Pressure and many others. As part of our credo states;
